FAQ

Missing your sales goals is stressful & puts your business at risk – What if you could predictably start new sales conversations with your future customers.

VirtuLeverage Virtual Assistants are our employees who work for you over the internet from their home office for a monthly fee. They can be responsible for a variety of real estate tasks ranging from transaction coordination to lead generation, enabling you to focus your time and energy on those activities that generate income like meeting face to face with buyers and sellers.

A VirtuLeverage Virtual Assistant is paid a fixed salary for their services which you may write off as a business expense. There are no hidden fees or additional costs such as federal and state payroll taxes, FICA, unemployment insurance, or benefits. You’re also saving a lot from purchasing additional equipment or office space.

VirtuLeverage Virtual Assistants undergo a rigorous screening, interviewing, and assessment process. Only the highest caliber personnel are selected to begin our real estate intensive training program which further ensures the Virtual Assistant has an understanding of real estate terminology and processes, especially in the area of work where they will be placed.

Our virtual assistants are located in the Philippines, it is a well known fact that the Philippines is the most popular and affordable locations for outsourcing and hiring virtual assistants due to lower cost of living, accent neutral English, exposure to Western culture, and amazing work ethics of the Filipinos. Not always, as this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A majority of the people we hire are looking for full-time work, so we’ll work to pair our part-time Virtual Assistants with another client in the opposite shift so they can still work full-time. If that’s the case, we won’t take a Virtual Assistant from another client just as we wouldn’t take one from you.

We handle all payroll, HR, money transfers, etc. Your billing is a flat monthly rate automatically billed on the 1st of the month, after a prorated first month.

Beyond normal customary raises, it is to your discretion whether or not to provide your Virtual Assistant a raise, bonus or incentive program. If you do, just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest. We even take on all credit card processing fees and money transfer fees so your VA receives the full amount.

An amazing experience so far. My assistant brought on her first piece of leverage by hiring her first VA to handle lead follow up and Transaction Coordinating. Our VA worked for another agent for yyears so the training was minimal and she was up and running on day 1

The onboarding process was painless. My Success Manager lined up 4 interviews of which all were college educated with real estate experience. I even received a DISC assessment along with their resuumes for my review. They supplied interview questions ahead of time to be sure I made the right hire. My Success Manager still checks in to make sure my expectations are met.
